Invite your team and control who sees what
Invitations, roles, teams, and permissions live in one Admin area — so everyone gets exactly the access their job needs, and nothing more.
What you’ll achieve
Your team inside the workspace with the right roles — sellers seeing their pipeline, leaders seeing the whole picture, and permissions you can explain to an auditor.
Why this matters
A tool only one person logs into changes nothing. And access sprawl — everyone an admin “for now” — is the security debt you pay for later. Set it up properly once; it takes ten minutes.
Before you start
- Owner or admin access to the workspace.
The steps
- 1
Open the Admin hub
Click “Admin” in the sidebar. The hub is organised into sections — the one you want is “People & access”.
- 2
Send invitations
Under People & access → Invitations, invite teammates by email. Each invite carries a role, so people arrive with the right access instead of asking for it later.
- 3
Set roles and teams
Use Roles to control what each person can do, and Teams to mirror how your org actually sells — pods, regions, functions. Deal ownership, quotas, and warnings all route along these lines.
- Quotas live in the same section, so attainment tracking starts the moment the team exists.
- Sign-in & security holds MFA and session settings when you are ready to tighten them.
- 4
Verify what someone can actually see
Permissions in this product are enforced at the data layer, not just hidden buttons. Use the “Effective permissions” view to check what a specific person can access before you assume it.
You’re done when
- Every teammate has accepted an invite and owns their deals.
- Nobody has admin access who does not administer the workspace.
Do it in your own workspace
Use this guide in an approved private-beta workspace after connecting a supported source; availability and setup depend on your data and configuration.
Private beta access is invite-only and requires approval.
