Get your pipeline scored before your competitors do.
SalesSynq is in private beta, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026. Connect read-only, or upload an export and judge the output before you connect anything.
Ask, and a person answers within one business day. SalesSynq is invite-only during the private beta: send your work email, what you sell and which CRM you run. Approved teams connect read-only or import one export, and see what is at risk the same week. General availability is targeted for Q3 2026.
Why join now instead of waiting for general availability?
You should not have to find out in the QBR. SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. Every quarter you wait is another one where the answer arrives after the deal has already moved.
Waiting is not neutral. It is two more quarters of finding out in the review: the renewal that went quiet in April and closed lost in June, the deal everybody believed until the last fortnight, the board question you answer with a version of “we did not see it”. None of that is a reporting problem another dashboard fixes. It is a timing problem, and timing is the whole reason to start now.
Teams in the beta get the version of the next quarter where the quiet renewal surfaces in week two, the slipping deal is on someone's list while there is still a month to work it, and the pipeline review is a decision rather than a debate.
How do I get access to SalesSynq?
You ask, and a person answers. Three steps, and the first one is two sentences long.
- 1
Tell us what you are trying to defend
Two sentences: what you sell, which CRM you run, and the number you keep having to justify. There is no eleven-field form, and nobody has to sit through a demo before a human reads the request.
- 2
Get a real answer within one business day
Including when the answer is no. If SalesSynq cannot score your pipeline honestly yet, you hear that this week — not in week three of an onboarding you have already sold internally.
- 3
Connect read-only, or bring one export
HubSpot connects in minutes, and so does the rest of the motion around it — tickets, chat, calls, calendars. No connector for your system? Upload an export and you have a scored pipeline in about ten minutes. Either way, nothing in your CRM changes.
What does the first week actually look like?
By Friday you have a scored pipeline, the deals that need a decision this week sitting at the top of it, and the evidence behind each score one click away. Nothing in your CRM has moved, and nobody has had to change how they work to get there.
The pipeline review after that tends to be shorter. The argument stops being about whose instinct is right and starts being about what actually happened on the deal — who went quiet, what slipped, which commitment nobody has evidence for. When the evidence is too thin, SalesSynq tells you it does not know instead of guessing — and shows you what it could not see.
You also get a named person to argue with the first time a score looks wrong to you. That is not a support tier; it is one of us, usually the person who would do the work.
Who is a good fit for the beta right now?
Teams whose revenue decisions already get challenged. SalesSynq earns its keep when somebody has to justify a number in front of people who can push back.
- You run B2B sales on HubSpot — or on anything you can export a pipeline out of.
- Someone owns revenue operations, even if that someone is the founder on Fridays.
- You have a forecast you have to defend out loud, to a board, an investor or a lender.
- You have a security or compliance reviewer who will ask where each number came from, and expects a real answer.
And three cases where we would say so in the first email rather than the third call:
- You need a tool that updates fields, stages or owners for you. SalesSynq reads; it does not write to your CRM records. Routing a task into a work tool is a permission you grant per tool, and it is refused until you do.
- You want a live Salesforce connection. Salesforce data comes in as an export you upload, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- You want scorecards for individual reps. That is refused inside the product and cannot be switched on for you.
What does the beta cost, and what happens at GA?
Beta pricing is agreed in writing, per team, before anything starts. There is no card form on this site, no trial that quietly becomes a subscription, and no automatic conversion when general availability arrives in Q3 2026 — you decide again, with a quarter of evidence you did not have the first time.
Your data stays yours throughout. If you leave, you take an export and the workspace is removed; nothing you imported is recycled into something another customer sees. SalesSynq publishes scores for deals and aggregate teams, never performance scores or rankings for named people. That is enforced in the product, not promised in a policy.
What do you want from us in return?
About an hour a month, and the first score you think is wrong. Beta access is not a discount in exchange for a logo — it is a direct line to the people building the product, in exchange for telling them when the reasoning does not hold.
That trade tends to favour you. Teams who push hardest in the first month are the ones whose blind spots get closed first.
