    When does SalesSynq launch?

    We're in private beta with a handful of design partners now. General availability is planned for Q3 2026 — waitlist invites go out weekly in the order people join.

    Does it replace my CRM?

    No. SalesSynq reads from your CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive at launch — and adds a layer of revenue intelligence on top. Your reps keep working where they already work.

    What's the Synq Score℠?

    A composite, real-time signal of how healthy a deal is, from 0–100. It's built from email cadence, meeting activity, CRM updates, and the patterns of deals you've already closed. Every move in the score comes with a plain-English reason.

    How long does setup take?

    Live in days, not quarters. Connect your CRM and email provider, and the system backfills the last 90 days of activity so you see scores on day one.

    Is my data safe?

    Yes. SOC 2 Type II is in progress, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never train on your data. Read-only access is the default.

    Will my team need to learn a new tool?

    ICs don't have to. Alerts and suggested next steps land in Slack, email, and a focused workspace. Managers get a dashboard. There's no new vocabulary to learn — we deliberately avoid sales-ops jargon.
