Enterprise discipline. Ten-minute setup.

The same scores, and the same honesty about what cannot be judged, that the biggest accounts get. Read-only, live from your HubSpot or a single export.

For a small team, the best one runs on the data you already have. SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. It works from a read-only HubSpot connection or a single export, and where the evidence is thin it says so instead of guessing.

Why do small teams lose deals they thought were fine?

Because nobody is watching the pipeline full time. You are selling, hiring, shipping and raising in the same week, and the deal that goes quiet does not announce it. The stage still says Proposal. The close date moves once, politely. By the time anyone looks properly, the champion has changed jobs and the budget went somewhere else.

You should not have to find out in the board update. At your size a single slipped deal moves the quarter, and two of them move the hiring plan — so the deal you did not notice going quiet in March is the offer you cannot make in June. That is the thing worth fixing, and it does not need a RevOps hire to fix it.

What do I actually have to do to start?

Three things, and none of them is a CRM project. You keep working exactly as you do now — SalesSynq reads the data you already own and hands back the short list that needs you.

  1. 1

    Point it at your deals

Connect HubSpot read-only, or drop in the export you already pull for the board deck. It reads; it does not change your CRM records. No new fields, no stage taxonomy to agree on, nothing extra for anyone to log after a call.

  2. 2

See what is actually at risk

Every deal is scored against the evidence behind it rather than the stage it claims. Next to that sits a plain report of what your data supported and what it did not.

  3. 3

    Act while it still matters

You get the specific next move on the two or three deals that need one this week — the buyer who stopped replying, the proposal nobody has touched since the 12th. The rest of the week goes back to selling.

What changes is Monday. Instead of an evening spent reconstructing the pipeline from memory and an inbox, you open one list, see the three deals where this week still counts, and go and work them. The forecast you send your investors is one you can explain a line at a time.

Ten minutes describes the import: file in, report and scored pipeline out. It is not a promise that a CRM you started using last week has enough history behind it — which is exactly what the report on your own data tells you, before a single score appears.

Can I trust a score on twenty deals?

You can check every one of them, which is better than trusting it. A four-person team runs the same product as the largest team on the platform — there is no small-team tier where the bar gets quietly lowered to make a thin pipeline look busier.

  • Scores are computed by rules, not by a chatbot. A language model writes the sentence that explains a score; it never picks the number.
  • The same evidence always gives the same answer, so a deal does not quietly change grade between Monday and the investor update.
  • Open any score and you can see exactly what it looked at — which deals, which activity, which fields, and how recent each one was.
  • The correctness certificate is checked whenever a score is served; a failure withholds the numeric score and components.
  • Deals and teams get scored. Individual people never do — at four reps or four hundred.

My pipeline data is messy. Will it just make things up?

No — and this is the part worth caring about at your size. When the evidence behind a deal is missing or stale, SalesSynq tells you it does not know and shows you what it could not see, rather than producing a confident-looking number. A tool that invents certainty you never earned is worse than no tool, because you will act on it.

  • A score on a deal that never had enough evidence behind it. You get told that, instead of a number.
  • A neutral-looking middle grade standing in for "we do not know".
  • A number that moves when nothing about the deal moved.

What can I connect it to, and does it touch my CRM?

Start with HubSpot or a spreadsheet; add the rest when you feel like it. Everything is read-only by default and SalesSynq does not write to your CRM records, so a score you disagree with can never become a field update you have to undo. Sending a task out to Slack or Jira is a separate permission you grant per tool, and it is refused until you grant it.

What happens when the team gets bigger?

Nothing migrates. The product that scores twenty deals for four people is the product that scores four thousand for two hundred, so the work you do now is not thrown away at your first sales-manager hire. What you add later is the team view, and answers for the security questionnaire your first enterprise buyer brings — with the same scores underneath.

Which means the version of this that matters today is small: know which deals are slipping while you can still do something, and hand your team the next move instead of another spreadsheet.

Questions small teams ask first

One that runs on the data you already have and tells you when it does not know. SalesSynq connects to HubSpot read-only or scores a single export, shows you which deals are slipping and what to do about each one, and shows you exactly what it looked at to decide. Setup is an import, not a project.

You need somewhere your deals are recorded — HubSpot, another CRM, or a spreadsheet. If it is HubSpot you can connect read-only in a few minutes. Anything else can start as an export. There are no new fields to create and nothing extra for your team to log.

No. A four-person team runs the same product as the largest team on the platform: the same scoring, the same evidence behind every number, the same refusal to guess when the data is thin, and the same rule that people are never scored. What differs is packaging, not the product.

No. The connection is read-only by default and SalesSynq does not write to your CRM records, so it cannot overwrite a field, a stage or an owner. Sending a task out to a work tool like Slack or Jira is a separate permission you switch on per tool, and it is refused until you do.

Then start with the report on your own data. It lists which records came through, which lack the fields a score needs, and which SalesSynq will not score at all. Thin data produces fewer scores here — never more confident ones.

Find out what your pipeline is hiding

Bring one export. You get a scored pipeline, the deals worth your week, and an honest report of what your data can and cannot support — without connecting a thing.
