See which deals are real, before the quarter tells you.
SalesSynq reads what actually happened on every deal — the emails, the meetings, the tickets, the stage moves — and turns it into a score you can open up and check.
In three steps you control. You connect HubSpot read-only, SalesSynq reads what is really happening on each deal — emails, meetings, stage moves, tickets — and it shows you which deals are slipping and what to do about them. Every number opens onto the evidence behind it, so you can check it before you repeat it.
Why do good deals still surprise you?
Because your CRM records what your team believes, and nobody updates a field to say a deal is going wrong. You shouldn’t have to find out in the QBR. But the evidence that would have warned you is scattered: the reply that never came, the second stakeholder who never appeared, the support ticket that reopened twice, the meeting that quietly stopped being rescheduled.
So the quarter slips one deal at a time, and the post-mortem is always the same sentence: we should have seen that. SalesSynq puts that evidence in one place, so the deal score, the committee view and the forecast cannot disagree about what happened — they are looking at the same record of it.
What do I actually do to get started?
Three steps, and the first one takes ten minutes. You do not rebuild your process, retrain your reps or clean your CRM first — SalesSynq will tell you which parts of your data it can stand behind and which it cannot.
- 1
Connect your pipeline, read-only
Connect HubSpot in a few minutes and SalesSynq starts reading deal, contact, email and meeting activity. Nothing is installed for your reps and nothing is written back: no field, stage, owner or note in your CRM is created, changed or deleted. If you would rather not connect anything yet, upload an export instead and get the same read.
- 2
See what is at risk, and why
Your open pipeline comes back scored, slipping deals first, each with the reason attached — the buyer who went quiet, the role nobody has met, the ticket blocking the renewal. It is a short list you can read before a call, not a dashboard to go exploring in.
- 3
Act, and be able to say why
Each deal names the single move that would help most, and shows the evidence it was built from. Take it into your pipeline review as a decision you can walk anyone through, and into the board meeting as a number you can defend line by line.
What questions does it answer for me?
Five, and they all read the same evidence. That is the point of keeping it in one place: your forecast and your deal scores stop telling you different stories about the same quarter, and the pipeline review stops being a debate about whose numbers are real.
Is this deal actually healthy?
Synq Score
One number for how a deal is really doing, built from what happened on it rather than from what someone typed. Open it and you see every piece of evidence behind it. Where the evidence is missing, it tells you that instead of showing you a reassuring middle value.
Synq Score →Is the deal quiet, or is my data?
Evidence Reliability
Silence means two opposite things and looks the same in a CRM. SalesSynq tells you whether the buyer went quiet or a connection stopped reporting, names the source that broke, and points at the one thing that would settle it.
Evidence Reliability →Am I multithreaded, or single-threaded?
Committee Radar
The whole buying committee, not just the person who replies fast. Who is missing, who has gone quiet, and the one introduction worth chasing this week — before the champion leaves and takes the deal with them.
Committee Radar →What can I commit to this quarter?
Defensible forecasting
A low, mid and high number, broken into the deals behind it, with the swing deals named and the thin records counted rather than quietly filled in. When someone asks how you got there, you have the rows.
Defensible forecasting →Can I see only what my job needs?
Personal workspaces
Say what you are trying to do this week and get a workspace built around it, drawn only from what you are already allowed to see. Nothing changes until you approve it, and only on your own copy.

Does SalesSynq change anything in my CRM?
No. SalesSynq reads your CRM, and only reads it. It sits beside your system of record rather than inside it, so nothing it does can overwrite a stage, a close date or an owner — which means trying it cannot damage the thing your team already depends on. Sending a task out into a work tool is the one exception, and it stays refused until you switch that tool on yourself.

Importing is not a second-class path. The ten-minute pipeline audit runs entirely on an uploaded export and hands back a scored pipeline plus a plain report of what your data can and cannot support — which is a useful answer on its own, whether or not you ever connect anything.
Who is actually making the call — the AI or me?
You are, always. AI writes the sentence that explains a decision; the decision itself is arithmetic you can inspect. That matters the first time someone in a board meeting asks where a number came from, because “the model felt strongly” is not an answer you can survive twice.
- AI stays switched off until you turn it on, one workflow at a time, not once for everything.
- The sentence explaining a decision is tied to that exact decision, so it cannot drift into claiming more than the numbers do.
- Anything consequential waits for a person to approve it.
- AI does not choose your deal score, your committee state or your forecast number.
- It does not act for you in your CRM — nothing is written to your records, and sending a task anywhere else waits on a permission you grant per tool.
- Model-derived emotion, sentiment, tone and personality fields are discarded, rejected at the storage boundary and never used in scores or recommended actions. No setting turns that boundary off.
What happens when the evidence is not good enough?
You get told, by name. Instead of a neutral-looking number you would have to defend later, SalesSynq says it does not know and shows you what it was missing — and keeps a running list of everything it will not guess at, and why. That list is on the screen, not in a footnote, because the moment a tool has the most to gain by inventing something is exactly the moment you need to know it did not.
The payoff is the quiet quarter: pipeline reviews that argue about deals instead of about data, a forecast you can walk through line by line, and no surprise in the board meeting that your own tool could have flagged in week two.
We describe this in words rather than as a percentage on purpose. A tool that refuses to answer more often is not automatically a better tool, and quoting that number would invite you to reward the wrong thing.
