Revenue intelligence for the Gulf's builders.

Dubai-based, ready for procurement, and straight about its limits: deal scores you can check yourself, and AI documentation your reviewer can read before the first meeting.

SalesSynq is revenue intelligence available to UAE and GCC teams, built by a Dubai-based team. It spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next, reading HubSpot read-only or a CRM export. Procurement can read the AI control map before the first meeting. It is in private beta, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026.

Why does the number stop being defensible?

Because Gulf deals live in rooms, not in fields. The relationship is real, the meetings are real, the intent is real — and none of it is written down anywhere your pipeline report can read. So the forecast becomes a set of opinions held confidently by people who were in the room, and it holds right up until it does not.

You should not have to find out in the QBR.You should not be finding out in the board meeting, in front of a chairman who does not accept “the team feels good about it” as an answer. That is the version that costs twice: the quarter, and then the next twelve months of every number you present being treated as a negotiating position.

SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. It reads the evidence your team already generates — meetings, mail, the CRM such as it is — so nobody has to start filling in fields for the forecast to become something you can stand behind.

Can we start without connecting a production CRM?

Yes, and most GCC conversations start exactly that way. Three steps, and the first one does not touch your production systems at all.

  1. 1

Start on an export, or connect read-only

A read-only connection to a production CRM still needs a security review, and a security review still needs a queue. So most Gulf teams start by exporting the pipeline and uploading it — nothing connects, nothing is written, and you have a report the same day.

  2. 2

See what is actually at risk

Every deal scored against the evidence behind it rather than the stage it claims. The relationship that has gone quiet, the close date that has moved four times, the deal nobody has met on in six weeks — surfaced with the reason next to each.

  3. 3

    Act while it still matters

Your team gets the specific next move on the deals that need one, in time for it to change the outcome. Routing a task into a work tool is a separate permission you switch on per tool, and it is refused until you do.

What you are aiming at is the calm version of the quarter: a pipeline review where nobody is guessing, a forecast you can take apart in front of the CFO, and a board meeting you walk into already knowing which deals carry the number and what is being done about the ones that do not.

What can procurement check before the first meeting?

Four things, none of which requires talking to us. GCC enterprise procurement — banks, telcos, conglomerates — screens AI vendors on governance long before it screens them on features, so the answers are public rather than gated behind a discovery call. That is weeks off your evaluation, and the weeks come off the front.

  • A control map, not a brochure

A public page describing what the system does, where AI is involved and where it is not. Your reviewer can read it today without a call, an NDA or a sales cycle.

  • A record the database defends

What was decided cannot be edited after the fact — the database refuses the change. The published rules a decision used cannot be deleted out from under it either.

  • Limits you can raise, never lower

Group views never resolve down to an individual, and SalesSynq refuses to produce a scorecard on a named person in two separate places in the product. Nothing loosens either: not a setting, not an endpoint, not a support ticket.

  • AI that is off until you switch it on

AI help is off, per workflow, until you switch it on. When it is on it writes the sentence explaining a decision the code already made, tied to that decision. The number is never the model’s opinion.

When the evidence is too thin, SalesSynq tells you it does not know instead of guessing — and shows you what it could not see. The list of what it will not guess at, and why, is on the main screen for every customer — which is usually the point at which a security reviewer stops treating this as another black box.

Our AI classification is a preliminary classification with a code-anchored control map, and counsel review is pending. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are evidence programmes in progress here, not certifications we hold.

Where would our data sit?

We answer that in writing, specifically, before you sign anything — the deployment shape, the sub-processors, what leaves the platform and what never does. It is a real conversation with real constraints, and it is a much shorter one in week one than in legal review.

What you will not get from us is a residency badge. GCC data residency is a deployment decision, not a certificate any vendor in this category holds, and a vendor who implies otherwise is telling you something about how they will handle your next question too.

  • A named deployment option, in writing, before contract — not after.
  • A sub-processor list you can hand straight to your own risk function.
  • Read-only by default, so the system of record is out of scope for writes until you grant them, tool by tool.
  • A public AI disclosure your reviewer can read today, without contacting us.

Are you actually in the region, or just selling into it?

The founding team is based in Dubai and works the region the way regional buyers expect — GITEX week, the Hub71 network, meetings taken in person rather than at 2am on a video call from another time zone. When something goes wrong in your rollout, the person who fixes it is in your time zone and can be in your office.

Contracting today runs through our existing entity, and UAE registration details go on this page the day they are issued. Until then there is no address here to quote, which is the honest version and the one your legal team would rather have early.

SalesSynq is in private beta and invite-only, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026. Anything dated on this page is dated on purpose — check the stamp below before you quote it in a board paper.

Who in the Gulf is this actually for?

Revenue leaders who have to defend a number to a board that does not accept “the team feels good about it” — and whose procurement function will read the AI answers before the sales answers. That combination is why the same answers travel: the control map that satisfies a Dubai bank is the one a European reviewer reads, and the restraint that protects your sellers is the same restraint that keeps this out of workplace surveillance entirely.

Questions GCC buyers ask first

SalesSynq serves UAE and GCC teams from a Dubai-based team. It connects read-only to HubSpot or reads a CRM export, scores each deal against the evidence behind it, and lets you open any score to see exactly what it looked at. It is in private beta, invite-only, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026.

The team is based in Dubai and contracting today runs through our existing entity. UAE registration details will be published here and in our structured data once they are issued — we do not put an address or a licence number on a page before it exists.

Deployment and data location are a written answer we give before you sign anything, naming sub-processors and what moves where. What we will not hand you is a residency badge: GCC data residency is a deployment conversation, not a certification anyone in this category holds.

The connection is read-only by default and SalesSynq does not write to your CRM records. Routing a task into a work tool is a separate permission you switch on per tool, and it is refused until you do. That is why a security review can approve it without touching the system of record.

No, and not as a setting. SalesSynq refuses to produce a scorecard on a named person, in two separate places in the product, and group views never resolve down to an individual. It scores deals and evidence, never people.
