Founder-led sales without the CRM homework.
Connect HubSpot read-only, or just upload an export, and see which deals deserve your week. No admin project, no new fields for anyone to fill in.
Start from evidence instead of memory. Connect HubSpot read-only, or upload the export you already keep, and SalesSynq ranks your open deals by what the data actually supports: which are moving, which have gone quiet, and which rest on one enthusiastic contact. No new fields, no cleanup project first.
Why does founder-led pipeline go bad so quietly?
Not because you are careless. Founder-led pipelines are badly maintained because the hour spent tidying the CRM is an hour not spent in a deal — and you make that trade correctly, every single time.
The bill arrives later and all at once. The deal you were sure about had one enthusiastic contact and no second thread, and that contact left in April. Two others went still in March and you noticed in May. Then you are on a raise, or in a board call, defending a pipeline number you assembled from memory the night before — and the honest version of it is smaller than the one in the deck. You should not have to find that out in the room.
What do I have to do before I see anything useful?
Three steps, ten minutes, no preparation. SalesSynq is built to be useful on the data you have right now, mess included.
- 1
Point it at what you already have
Connect HubSpot read-only, or drag in a CSV from wherever you actually keep the pipeline. Field mapping is confirmed on screen before anything is accepted, and nothing is written back.
- 2
Read the quality report
Before any scoring: what mapped, what did not, which owners could not be resolved, which close dates contradict each other. Ten minutes, against your real deals rather than a demo.
- 3
Spend your week on the short list
Open deals split into the ones with something observable behind them and the ones that are currently just an assertion, with the gap named on each. You end up with a list worth your personal time.
You stop running sales from recall. The hour you used to spend deciding what to chase becomes a five-minute read, and the deal that would have gone quiet gets a call in week two instead of a post-mortem in week nine. When an investor asks what is actually in the pipeline, you answer from the same screen you make decisions on rather than from a spreadsheet you built to survive the meeting.
The quality report tells you what the system could and could not accept from your data. It does not tell you what a deal is worth.
Do I have to be on HubSpot?
No. HubSpot connects read-only in a couple of clicks, and so do the tools around it — your other CRM options, mail and calendars, Slack and Teams, your call recorder, your helpdesk and your issue tracker. If you run the pipeline in a spreadsheet, upload it and you get the same analysis. Everything is read-only, and each source stays off until you switch it on.

Will this turn into CRM homework?
No, because there is nothing for anyone to fill in. Everything on the screen is built from evidence the system can already see, so there is no point three months from now where the value suddenly depends on you or your team adopting a logging habit.
- No new required fields, no custom properties, no "everyone log your calls" push.
- No migration. Your CRM stays the system of record and SalesSynq reads beside it.
- No changes to your records. The connection is read-only, and sending a task into a work tool is a separate permission you grant one tool at a time, refused until you switch it on.
- No admin project. The first useful thing comes out of a file you already have.
Which deals deserve my week?
The ones where you personally change the outcome — and those are rarely the loudest. Each open deal carries a Synq Score built by code from the evidence in the record, and that evidence is kept exactly as it was, so you can open any deal and see what the score is standing on. Alongside it, Committee Radar shows which roles you have actually reached and which single relationship move the evidence supports next. That is the founder failure mode in one line: one enthusiastic contact, no second thread.
A score summarises what the evidence supports. It is not a percentage chance of closing, and what you can check is what the system saw and decided — not what a deal is worth.
My pipeline is small. Will it just say nothing?
On some deals, yes, and that is the point. When the inputs are thin, SalesSynq tells you it does not know instead of producing a confident-looking average. The publication threshold defaults to three trusted signals; a workspace can explicitly retain the legacy one-signal policy or disable that breadth gate. With twenty deals you get a shorter list of judgements and a longer list of what is missing — and at your stage the second list is the one that changes what you do on Monday, because it is the list of calls you have not made.
