Same evidence. Nine different jobs.
A RevOps lead, a CSM and a delivery lead are not asking the same question of the same revenue. Each page below starts from the question that role actually has to answer on Monday.
SalesSynq is for the people accountable for a revenue number: RevOps teams who own pipeline data, sales leaders who defend a forecast, managers running deal reviews, customer success teams working a renewal book, delivery leaders whose work revenue is waiting on, founders selling without a sales team, and the compliance reviewers who approve the tool.
Find the question you actually have
Every page below runs on the same evidence and the same refusals. What differs is the question it opens with — because a RevOps lead and a founder are not trying to find out the same thing when they open a pipeline.
- For RevOpsYou own the pipeline data everyone else argues about. The question is which records are trustworthy enough to run a review on, and which quietly are not.Read the page
- For Sales LeadersYou have to commit to a number and then defend it. The question is which deals actually support the commit, and what you say when someone asks how you know.Read the page
- For Sales ManagersYou run the deal reviews. The question is which ten deals deserve the hour you have, and what to ask about each one before the meeting starts.Read the page
- For Customer SuccessYou carry the renewal book. The question is which accounts are drifting now, while there is still a quarter left to work them.Read the page
- For Delivery LeadersYour teams ship the work revenue is waiting on. The question is which open delivery commitments have deal value sitting behind them.Read the page
- For FoundersYou are still selling yourself, between everything else. The question is which deals moved this week and which went quiet while you were busy.Read the page
- For Compliance & ITYou have to approve or reject the tool. The question is what it does with personal data, what it refuses to decide, and whether any of that is checkable.Read the page
- For Startups & SMBA small team, no analyst, and a CRM that is half-filled in. The question is whether you can get an honest read without a data project first.Read the page
- For Mid-MarketEnough reps that you cannot inspect every deal yourself. The question is where to look first, and how to make that repeatable across the team.Read the page
What every role gets, regardless
The product does not change shape by segment. Whichever page you came from, the same three things are true: every score shows the evidence behind it, a score is withheld when that evidence is too thin to support one, and nothing is written back to your CRM unless an administrator explicitly turns that on.
That last point is worth stating plainly on a page like this one, because it is the usual reason a tool like this gets rejected in review rather than in the trial.
Same product, different first question
Before you pick a page
The differences between these pages are differences of emphasis, not of engine — worth knowing before you decide which one describes you.
- One engine across every role
- Deals and teams, never individuals
- Read-only by default
Bring the pipeline you argue about most
Whichever role you picked, the fastest way to find out whether any of this holds is to point it at your own deals and see what it says about them.
