Built by operators tired of numbers nobody could prove.
SalesSynq exists because a revenue number should meet the same standard of evidence as a financial one. Founded by Viswanath Padmanabhan.
SalesSynq is built by a small distributed team in India and Dubai, founded by Viswanath Padmanabhan. The mechanism behind how it weighs evidence over time is patent-pending at the Indian Patent Office, Application No. 202641012298. The product is in private beta, invite-only, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026. Every fact here is one you can check yourself.
You should not have to find out in the QBR.
You have been handed a number you cannot take apart, asked to stand behind it, and left to find out in the last two weeks of the quarter which parts of it were never real. That is the experience this company was built to end. SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next.
Why does this keep happening to good teams?
Because revenue is the last part of a company where an unprovable number is still acceptable. Finance closes its books against evidence anyone can re-derive. Engineering ships behind tests that fail loudly. Revenue runs on a forecast assembled from judgement, defended with conviction, and revised once it is too late to change the outcome.
Around $2 trillion is lost every year to revenue leakage across go-to-market motions. Source: Boston Consulting Group, 2022. Very little of that announces itself as a bad forecast. The renewal goes quiet and nobody notices until it is gone. You get asked why in the board meeting and the honest answer is that you did not know.
The founding observation was narrow and stubborn: the problem is not that revenue predictions are wrong. It is that nobody can take them apart in time. So SalesSynq was built the other way round — start from the evidence, and only show a number the evidence can carry.
Why should I trust a company this early?
You should not, on the strength of a page. Check us instead. Three of the things this site claims are things you can verify today without speaking to anyone: a patent application number you can look up, a published list of everyone who would touch your data, and an AI disclosure your reviewer can fetch as a machine-readable file without an account or an NDA.
- 1
Check us before you talk to us
Fetch the AI disclosure, read the list of who touches your data, look up the patent application. None of it needs an account or an NDA.
- 2
Point it at your own pipeline
Connect a CRM read-only, or upload one export. In about ten minutes you see what your data supports and where it does not.
- 3
Decide on evidence, not adjectives
Keep the report either way. If it tells you nothing you did not already know, you have lost an afternoon and learned something about your data.
That sequence is deliberate. Most vendors ask for the call first and hand over the evidence weeks later, by which point you have spent political capital on something you could not examine. Here the evidence comes first and the conversation is optional.
Who am I actually trusting with my pipeline?
A small distributed team working from India and Dubai, founded by Viswanath Padmanabhan, selling into Europe, the Gulf, India and the United States. Email reaches a person who can resolve the question, usually the same day — the one genuine advantage of being this size, and the one we will still be able to offer you next quarter.
You will not find a headcount, a funding announcement or a customer counter here. Those are the easiest numbers on a website to inflate and the hardest for you to check, and a company arguing that claims should carry evidence cannot spend its About page on claims that carry none.
What exactly is patent-pending?
The mechanism behind how SalesSynq orders, fixes and ages evidence before any verdict is computed. It is filed at the Indian Patent Office as Application No. 202641012298 — a number you can look up rather than a badge you have to take our word for.
Patent-pending means an application has been filed and is under examination. It is not granted, not issued and not "protected", and it confers no right today. If that status changes, this page changes with it.
What will SalesSynq never do with my data?
Six commitments, each enforced somewhere in the product rather than asserted somewhere in a deck. They are the answers your security, privacy and works-council reviewers will ask for, written down before they ask.
You are told what we could not answer
Where the evidence behind a deal is too thin, SalesSynq says so and shows you the gap, on a list that sits in the main view. That list can never be put behind an upgrade — you cannot buy your way out of being told what it could not answer.
Every number can be checked
Open any score and see exactly what it looked at. The same evidence always gives the same answer, a test breaks the build if that ever stops being true, and a score whose working no longer holds up is withdrawn rather than shown to you anyway.
Never a surveillance tool
SalesSynq publishes scores for deals and aggregate teams, never performance scores or rankings for named people. That is enforced in the product, not promised in a policy. Group suppression defaults to five and can be configured no lower than two. The trusted-signal breadth gate defaults to three and exposes its documented legacy one-signal or disabled policy. Named-person scoring remains hard-blocked.
A person is always the one who acts
Ordinary code makes the decision, AI writes the sentence that explains it, and you approve anything consequential. The explanation is tied to the decision it describes, so the wording cannot drift away from what actually happened.
Beside your stack, read-only
SalesSynq reads. It does not create, update or delete a record in your CRM. Sending a task into a work tool is a separate permission you grant per tool and refused until you grant it — usually the shortest security review a revenue tool gets.
Your reviewer can start before we meet
The AI disclosure, the list of everyone who touches your data and the data processing agreement are all public. Your reviewer can read the lot on the day you forward this page, instead of waiting for a call, an NDA and a questionnaire.
The list of things we have decided in advance to refuse matters more than the roadmap. Anyone can add a feature; the interesting question for a tool reading your revenue data is what it will not do once it is inside.
- Anything that scores a named individual. Not as a premium tier, not as an admin toggle, not on request.
- Anything that edits your system of record. The value of sitting beside your CRM disappears the moment we can change it — sending a task into a work tool is as far as it goes, and only on a permission you grant per tool.
- Any stored or product-used judgement about the mood, sentiment, tone or personality of people in your deals. Model-derived fields are discarded, rejected at the storage boundary and excluded from scores and actions.
- Comparison of your pipeline against other companies’ data. It is deliberately not served.
- A number we cannot show you the working for. If a verdict cannot carry its evidence, the honest output is no verdict.
These govern how a decision is produced and shown to you. They are not a claim about what that decision earns you — no page on this site puts a revenue figure on our own product.
What can I use today?
Specifics, so you can tell within a minute whether this is worth an afternoon.
- Your CRM connects read-only in a few minutes: HubSpot, Zoho or Freshsales. Salesforce data arrives as an export you upload.
- So do the systems where the early signal actually lives — Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook, both calendars, Zoom, Gong, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Zendesk and Freshdesk.
- Checking a score against the evidence behind it covers the Synq Score and the risk reads behind it. It does not cover early warnings.
- The ten-minute pipeline audit runs from a file, with no product access, no credential and nothing installed.
- Access is invite-only private beta, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026.
Get to the other side of that and the quarter changes shape. Pipeline reviews stop being a guessing game. You walk into the board meeting already knowing which deals move the number. Your team spends its week on the deals where the week still matters.
On compliance the wording is the same everywhere on this site: a preliminary classification we made ourselves, a control map anchored in the code, and counsel review still pending. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are evidence programmes in progress. We hold no certification and will not describe ourselves as holding one.
