Singapore & SEA

Revenue AI your regulator's vocabulary already covers.

Singapore asks for transparency, human oversight and explainability. SalesSynq answers each in writing, in language your governance reviewer already uses.

Singapore’s framework is voluntary guidance, so no vendor is certified against it. What you can ask for instead is a mapping. SalesSynq publishes one: its shipped controls set against the framework’s four areas — internal governance, human involvement in AI-augmented decisions, operations management, and stakeholder communication — with the limit of each control stated beside it.

Why is the bad news always three months old?

Because it has to cross a border to reach you. Running six markets from Singapore means the deal that went quiet in Jakarta is reported by someone who is hoping it turns around, in a language of stage names and commit calls, at a review that happens once a quarter. Every market looks fine until the country roll-up says otherwise.

You should not have to find out in the QBR. You should not be finding out about a renewal in Manila from the churn number. And you should not be the person telling the regional board that the miss came from a market you could not see into — because that is the version that costs you the next headcount request as well as the quarter.

SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. It reads the evidence each market already generates, so a country manager does not have to file anything new for you to see what is happening there.

What does a regional rollout actually look like?

Three steps, one market at a time. Regional groups usually stall on wanting every entity live at once; you get more from one connected market this month than from six connected next year.

  1. 1

    Connect one market, read-only

Start with whichever entity moves fastest — usually the one already on HubSpot. A few minutes, read-only, and nothing in that market’s CRM changes. The other countries can follow one at a time, or upload an export while their own review runs.

  2. 2

See what is actually at risk, market by market

Every deal scored against the evidence behind it rather than the stage it claims. The quiet renewal in Jakarta and the stalled deal in Ho Chi Minh City surface on the same list as the ones in front of you, with the reason next to each.

  3. 3

    Act while it still matters

The country manager gets the specific next move on the deals that need one, and you get the same picture they do. Routing a task into a work tool is a separate permission, switched on per tool and per market.

The end state is the one worth aiming at: a regional review where nobody is guessing, where you can say which deals carry the number in which market, and where the country managers are working the same list you are looking at rather than defending a stage.

Is any sales AI certified under the Model AI Governance Framework?

None is, and a vendor implying otherwise has told you something important on slide one. The framework is voluntary guidance from IMDA and the Personal Data Protection Commission, written to be adopted and demonstrated rather than awarded. There is no badge, no auditor and no register of certified vendors to appear on.

What you can reasonably ask for instead is a mapping: which of the framework’s asks does this product actually implement, and where does each implementation stop? That is what the next section is, and it is the artefact that gets your reviewer to yes.

IMDA has not assessed, endorsed or certified SalesSynq. The mapping below is ours. Separately, our AI classification is a preliminary classification with a code-anchored control map, and counsel review is pending.

How do SalesSynq’s controls map to the framework?

Area by area, with the limit of each control in the same row. A mapping that only lists strengths is a brochure; the third column is what makes the first two worth checking.

SalesSynq controls mapped to the vocabulary of Singapore’s Model AI Governance Framework. This is our own mapping. IMDA has not assessed, endorsed or certified it, and no certification scheme exists for us to hold.
Framework areaWhat you getWhere the answer stops
Internal governance structures and measuresAI help is off, per workflow, until you switch it on. Retained decision records cannot be edited. Publication settings are explicit and bounded: group suppression has a hard minimum of two, while the trusted-signal breadth gate records whether its default, legacy or disabled policy is active. It is an append-only, linked record. We describe it in exactly those words and no stronger ones.
Human involvement in AI-augmented decision-makingThe AI writes the sentence; code makes the decision; a person approves the action. The sentence is tied to the decision it explains, and quotes come from the record rather than the model.Nothing here acts on its own, so there is nothing running unsupervised. A person approves anything that reaches a customer or a colleague.
Operations managementOpen any score and you see exactly what it looked at: the evidence it used and the rules in force when it ran. The same evidence always gives the same answer, and where the evidence is too thin the system says so instead of guessing. That covers the Synq Score and the risk reads behind it: what the system saw, and what it decided. We publish no customer forecast-accuracy statistic.
Stakeholder interaction and communicationA public AI disclosure page your reviewer can read without an account or a call. The list of what SalesSynq will not guess at, and why, sits on the main screen for every customer. Our AI classification is preliminary with a code-anchored control map, and counsel review is pending. We describe what we will not guess at qualitatively and quote no rates.

How much human involvement is there in an AI-augmented decision?

More than the question assumes, because the decision is not the AI’s to make. Code computes the Synq Score from the evidence; the AI writes the sentence explaining it; a person approves anything consequential. Reverse those roles and you get the system Singapore’s framework spends most of its length trying to govern.

  • AI help is off, per workflow, until you switch it on. The default is silence.
  • The explanation is tied to the decision it describes, so the prose cannot drift from the verdict.
  • Quotes and evidence come from the record rather than the model, so an explanation cannot invent a source.
  • When the evidence is too thin, SalesSynq tells you it does not know instead of guessing — and shows you what it could not see.

What can a regional CIO read before the first call?

A public AI disclosure page that needs no account, no NDA and no discovery call, plus the Trust Center and this mapping. Stakeholder communication is the framework area most vendors satisfy with a slide; it is cheaper and more convincing to satisfy it with a page your reviewer can read at 11pm without asking anyone’s permission.

The second thing worth reading is the list of what SalesSynq will not guess at, and why. Every customer sees it on the main screen. Restraint stops being credible the moment it is hidden, so it is not tucked away and it is not sold separately.

Does this work for a Singapore HQ with subsidiaries across SEA?

Yes, and the mixed stack is the normal case rather than the awkward one. HubSpot connects today and runs in production against real customer data; Zoho, Freshsales, Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoom, Gong, mail and calendars connect too, each off until you switch it on. Salesforce and spreadsheets come in as an export. A market that cannot connect yet can still be in the picture this month.

What each person sees is decided by their access, not by changing the number. That matters in a regional group: the same evidence produces the same score for the regional CRO and for the country manager, so the two of you stop arguing about whose figure is right and start arguing about the deal.

Deployment and data-location questions get a written answer naming sub-processors before you sign anything. Ask early — it is a shorter conversation in week one than in legal review.

Questions Singapore and SEA buyers ask

None can claim to meet it in a certified sense: the framework is voluntary guidance, not a certification scheme. SalesSynq publishes an explicit mapping from its shipped controls to the framework’s four areas — internal governance, human involvement, operations management and stakeholder communication — with the boundary of each control stated alongside it.

No. IMDA has not assessed, endorsed or certified SalesSynq, and we would not claim otherwise. What we publish is our own mapping to the framework’s vocabulary, anchored to things in the product a reviewer can ask us to demonstrate rather than to a policy document.

The decision itself is not the AI’s to make: code computes it from the evidence, and the same evidence always gives the same answer. The AI writes the sentence explaining that decision, tied to it, and a person approves anything consequential. AI help stays off, per workflow, until you switch it on.

No. SalesSynq refuses to produce a scorecard on a named person, in two separate places in the product, and group views never resolve down to an individual. It scores deals and evidence, never people. You can make it stricter than its defaults; you cannot turn it on your teams.

The public AI disclosure page, the Trust Center and this mapping — no NDA, no account, no discovery call. Governance review can start before the sales conversation does, which is the difference between rolling out this quarter and rolling out next year.
