Your HubSpot already knows which deals are slipping.

SalesSynq reads it read-only and puts a score you can check on every deal — connected in a few minutes, nothing written back.

SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. It connects to HubSpot read-only, scores every deal against the evidence behind it, and lets you open any score to see exactly what it looked at. No app can honestly call itself the best one for HubSpot. This one can be checked.

Why do deals go quiet without anyone noticing?

Because nothing in HubSpot is designed to tell you. A deal keeps its stage, keeps its close date, keeps its owner’s confidence — and stops moving. The signal is there in the activity record the whole time. It is just spread across four hundred deals and nobody has the hours to read them one by one.

You should not have to find out in the QBR.You should not have to hear it from the rep who was hoping it would turn around, or from the board asking why a number you defended in October moved in December. That is the quarter that gets away: it holds all the way to week eleven, then two deals slip and the number goes with them, and the honest answer to “why?” is that you did not know.

SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. It reads the HubSpot you already have — no new process for your reps, no Friday-afternoon hygiene campaign, nothing for them to fill in.

What do we actually have to do?

Three things, and only the first one needs your admin. Most US mid-market teams are scored and reading their first at-risk list on the same afternoon they connect.

  1. 1

    Connect HubSpot, read-only

Your admin approves it the way they approve any HubSpot app. It takes a few minutes, no fields are created, no properties are added, and nothing in your CRM changes. Walk away later and there is nothing to clean up.

  2. 2

See what is actually at risk

Every open deal is scored against the evidence behind it rather than the stage it claims to be in. The deals that have gone quiet surface first, with the reason next to them, in week one rather than in week eleven.

  3. 3

    Act while it still matters

Your team gets the specific next move on the deals that need one — the meeting that never got booked, the buyer who stopped replying, the close date that has moved four times. Routing that into a work tool is a separate permission you grant per tool.

What changes is the meeting. Pipeline review stops being each rep defending a stage and becomes a short list of deals with something specific wrong with them. You walk into the board meeting already knowing which deals carry the number, and the quarter stops being a thing you find out about.

Can I trust a number I didn’t compute?

You should not have to take it on faith. Every deal-scoring tool asks you to believe a number; this one hands you the arithmetic. Open any score and you see exactly what it looked at: the evidence it used, the rules that were in force, and how it got from one to the other. The same evidence always gives the same answer, so when a score moves you can say what moved it.

  • Open a score and walk your team through it live, in the review, on the deal they are arguing about.
  • The correctness certificate is checked whenever a score is served; a failure withholds the numeric score and components.
  • If a deal has too little to go on, no number is published and the gap is named instead.
  • The AI writes the explanation. It never decides the number.

What you will not find here is an accuracy statistic, a table claiming we beat a named vendor, or a percentage chance that this deal closes. Those are the three things this category sells hardest and can verify least.

The check covers the Synq Score and the risk reads behind it. It shows you what the system saw and what it decided — which is what you need in a pipeline review, and what almost no tool in this category will show you.

What if our HubSpot data is a mess?

Then the first report is the one worth having. Before any score appears, SalesSynq tells you what it could read and what it could not: stages that never resolve, close dates that move every week, deals whose last real activity is months old, owners who left. Most teams act on that before they act on a single score.

When the evidence is too thin, SalesSynq tells you it does not know instead of guessing — and shows you what it could not see. A score with missing inputs returns nothing rather than a neutral-looking placeholder, and the list of what SalesSynq will not guess at — and why — is a tile on the main screen, not a footnote. It is the thing most teams check second and trust most.

We’re on Salesforce — can we still use this?

Yes, by import. HubSpot is where SalesSynq runs against real customer data today, and it is the fastest path in. Salesforce is import-only: export your pipeline, upload it, and the audit and the scores work from the file exactly as they would from a connection.

Questions HubSpot teams ask

Nobody can honestly answer that for your pipeline, and SalesSynq publishes no study claiming to. What is different here is that you can check the number: open any score and you see the evidence it used and the rules that were in force, so you are reading a result rather than trusting one.

The connection is read-only by default and SalesSynq does not write to your HubSpot records — no properties, no notes, no stage changes. Routing a task into a work tool is a separate permission you switch on per tool, and it is refused until you do. That is why a RevOps admin can approve it without putting the system of record at risk.

The same day you connect, in most pipelines: the first sync and the data quality report land immediately, and scores follow for every deal with enough evidence to support one. Deals without it stay unscored on purpose, and you are told which ones and why.

By import, yes. There is no live Salesforce connector and we will not imply one. Export your pipeline, upload it, and you get the same data quality report and the same checkable scores from the file.

Access is invite-only and approved account by account while SalesSynq is in private beta, with general availability targeted for Q3 2026. The fastest route in is the pipeline audit: run it on an export and you have something useful whether or not you go further.
