Talk to a human. Get a straight answer.
Sales, partnerships, press, or a hard technical question — pick a lane and we will come back within one business day.
Email [email protected] for sales, partnerships and press; [email protected] for product and technical questions; [email protected] for data protection. Every lane is read by a person and answered within one business day — a real answer or a named date, never just an acknowledgement. There is no chatbot queue between you and a reply.
How do I contact SalesSynq?
You should not have to book a call to get an answer you could have had in a paragraph. Most evaluations stall in exactly that gap: you send a question, you get a calendar link, and three weeks later you still cannot tell your team whether this tool does the thing you need — while the quarter you were trying to rescue gets three weeks shorter. Pick a lane below and email it directly. A person reads it, and answers it.
Sales and evaluations
Beta access, pricing, the ten-minute pipeline audit, or a question you want answered before you spend thirty minutes on a call. A founder reads this one.
[email protected] →Security, procurement and AI governance
Questionnaires, the AI control map, subprocessor lists, data residency. Send us the questionnaire itself and you get it back answered, in your format.
[email protected] →Data protection
Data subject requests, the DPA, subprocessor change notifications, and anything covered by the privacy policy. This lane is watched separately from sales.
[email protected] →Product and technical support
Something behaving wrongly, or a score you think is incorrect. Include the deal or workspace and we can open the same evidence you are looking at.
[email protected] →Partnerships
Implementation partners, agencies and platforms whose customers are already living with the data-quality problem this product is built around.
[email protected] →Press and analysts
Briefings, product facts, and claim verification. If you are checking something we have published, we will point you at what it rests on.

How do I get a useful answer fastest?
Three steps, and the whole thing takes four lines. It is the difference between an answer tomorrow and a discovery call next week.
- 1
Pick the lane
Six addresses, each read by the person who can actually answer it — sales, security, data protection, support, partnerships, press. No routing form, no queue.
- 2
Write four lines
What you sell, which CRM you run, the decision you are trying to defend, and what you need from us. That is enough for the first reply to be useful rather than a request for a call.
- 3
Get an answer within one business day
A real answer or a named date by which you will have one. If the answer is that we cannot help, you get that in the first reply rather than in the third call.
Worth including, whatever the lane:
- What you sell, and roughly how many open deals are in the pipeline you care about.
- Which CRM you run, and whether you can export from it.
- The decision you are trying to defend — a forecast, a renewal, a board question, an audit.
- For a security review: send the questionnaire itself, not a request for a call about the questionnaire.
One thing to leave out: your CRM export. Ask for the pipeline audit instead and we open a private workspace where you upload the file yourself — customer pipeline data has no business sitting in a mailbox, including ours.
How fast will you actually reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. A reply means a real answer or a named date by which you will have one. An acknowledgement does not count, and neither does a calendar link sent in place of the answer you asked for.
It is a small company, so the person who writes back is usually the person who would do the work. That is why a hard question gets a real answer instead of a follow-up call to find someone who knows.
I review security and AI governance — where do I start?
Before you contact us, which is normally the slowest part of an evaluation. The AI control map is published openly and needs no account, so you can read what the system is classified as, what it does and does not infer, and how the audit trail works, before anyone asks you for a meeting: the AI disclosure page. The trust page covers the audit trail — customer entries cannot be edited or deleted — how AI is switched on per workflow rather than account-wide, and the limits nobody can loosen. The legal pages carry the DPA, the subprocessor list and the change-notification commitment.
Then send us the questionnaire itself and you get it back answered in your own format, rather than a brochure that answers a different question. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and nobody here will describe SalesSynq as certified or compliant.
Where is SalesSynq based?
A small distributed team, selling into Europe, the Gulf, India and the United States. Email is the fastest route to a person, which is why every lane above is an address rather than a form, and why the one-business-day promise is the thing we hold ourselves to in public.
SalesSynq spots at-risk deals early and tells your team exactly what to do next. If that is the problem you are trying to solve, the quickest way to find out whether it works on your pipeline is not a call at all — it is one export and ten minutes.
Questions about contacting us
Send it, and get a real answer tomorrow
One business day, from a person who can act on what you asked. Or skip the conversation entirely and run the ten-minute pipeline audit on one export.
