Know which insights are live: Workspace readiness
SalesSynq never fakes confidence. The readiness page shows which insights are useful now, which are proven on your own data, and when the rest arrives.
What you’ll achieve
A clear read on what your workspace can already tell you — and an honest ETA for the insights still warming up as your history accumulates.
Why this matters
Tools that pretend to know everything on day one teach your team to distrust them by day thirty. Knowing what is proven — and what is still directional — is what makes the numbers usable in a real meeting.
The steps
- 1
Find the readiness strip on your dashboard
The “Workspace readiness” strip sits on the dashboard and names your single next step. Click “View details” to open the full page.
- 2
Read the headline
The hero line says it plainly: “Useful now: N · Proven here: N of N” — how many insight engines are useful today, and how many are proven on your own data rather than shared starting patterns.
- 3
Check the ETA and the next step
Below the headline you get “Stronger tenant proof in …” — an estimate of when more insights go live — and a “Next step:” pointing at the single action that unblocks the most.
- 4
Do the next step, not everything
Readiness improves by feeding the system — connecting a source, importing history, letting days pass. Do the one suggested action and come back; do not try to force-fix everything at once.
You’re done when
- You can say, in one sentence, which insights your team can rely on today.
- The suggested “Next step” is either done or scheduled.
Do it in your own workspace
Use this guide in an approved private-beta workspace after connecting a supported source; availability and setup depend on your data and configuration.
Private beta access is invite-only and requires approval.
