See what’s changing: Synq Score, Top Movers, and the terminal
One score for the business, the biggest swings of the fortnight, and a live terminal for the room — three views that answer “how are we really doing?”
What you’ll achieve
A weekly reading rhythm: the overall Synq Score for direction, Top Movers for what changed and why, and the live terminal when you want the whole picture moving in real time.
Why this matters
Averages hide everything interesting. The teams that improve are the ones that study the deltas — which deals and accounts swung, what drove it, and whether the driver was skill, process, or luck.
The steps
- 1
Read the workspace Synq Score
The Synq Score page rolls deal health up to one number with a 14-day trend. “What is moving this” splits it into “Helping most” and “Needs attention” — the team areas pushing the score in each direction.
- 2
Study Top Movers, not the average
Top Movers lists the biggest Synq Score swings of the last 14 days — Gainers and Droppers, split by Companies and Deals. Droppers are your early-warning shortlist; Gainers tell you what good looks like this month.
- 3
Open the terminal for the live picture
The Analytics page is a live revenue terminal: ticker, momentum movers, risk spotlights, and an opportunity inspector with the evidence feed for any deal you click. Pause it when you need a stable snapshot to discuss.
- 4
Track attainment where the team can see it
Add the Quota Attainment widget to the shared dashboard. Attainment against target, visible weekly, ends the end-of-quarter surprise genre entirely.
You’re done when
- You reviewed Droppers this week and each one has an owner or a reason.
- Quota attainment is on the shared dashboard, not in a spreadsheet.
Do it in your own workspace
