Start your day from the Pending inbox

One list for everything that needs a human — imports, identity decisions, integration health, risk, tasks, privacy. Clear it with coffee.

What you’ll achieve

A morning routine where every decision waiting on you lives in one inbox with severity tabs — instead of scattered across five tools and your memory.

Why this matters

The most expensive words in operations are “I didn’t see it.” Pending exists so that nothing the system needs from a human can hide — if it needs you, it is in the list.

The steps

  1. 1

    Open Pending

It is the first item in the sidebar for a reason. The header tells you the load — how many pending, how many resolved today — and refreshes live.

  2. 2

Work by severity, left to right

Tabs order the work: Critical first, then Action needed, then Informational. Resolved keeps the paper trail. Within a tab, source chips — Import, Identity, Integration, Risk, Task, Privacy and more — let you batch similar decisions.

  3. 3

    Act from the card

Each card carries its context and its actions — open the import, resolve the identity decision, dismiss the notice. The row moves only after the server confirms that exact action; review destructive confirmations before proceeding.

  4. 4

Finish at zero (or know why not)

The goal state is the empty message: “Inbox empty — every signal has been routed.” Anything you cannot resolve should be claimed or escalated — never just left to age.

You’re done when

  • The Critical and Action needed tabs are empty or every item in them is owned.
  • You checked Pending before your inbox this morning, not after.
